Staff Training OpportunitiesThe benefits of the on-going training model are immeasurable. Providing a deeper understanding of the impacts of Trauma allows our staff to have a more thorough understanding of how to effectively support traumatized youth. Trainings are provided to not only fulfill regulatory requirements, but to ensure each staff member has the tools and ongoing professional development to support our students. As a staff member progresses through their career, they are introduced to different areas of training to continue to improve upon the skills they have already acquired.
