Program OversightOne major component to maintaining a robust “Safety Culture” is accountability and oversight. We have created numerous checks and balances to help us monitor our program model, and provide students with a voice. Our robust safety culture assures that all members of our school community feel a personal responsibility towards maintaining a safe and secure campus for all.

Robust Grievance Process
To further ensure student safety, our enhanced grievance policy was designed to not only provide students and parents with an avenue to file a grievance, but also to give students a voice that extends outside of our organization. There are multiple grievance boxes on campus, providing students with opportunities to file a grievance in multiple locations, including their own living space. Students and families are provided updates on actions taken to remedy issues and all stakeholders will be notified at the conclusion of the process. Grievances forms are also available through the Stakeholder App/Portal, ensuring stakeholders have the opportunity to file a grievance on behalf of students.

In compliance with section 115.322 of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards, The Clock Tower Schools has provided policies to ensure referrals of allegations for investigations.
Reporting Abuse
If you suspect sexual abuse has taken place at The Clock Tower Schools, you may call the school at 610-459-8100 ext. 2 and alert a staff member. You may also contact the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services by using their ChildLine. This is DHS’s 24-hour child abuse hotline and is accessible by calling 1-800-932-0313. Please have any information or evidence available for the person who will be handling the report. False accusations may be prosecuted. All reports are taken seriously and investigated as outlined in PREA.
