To ensure better communication with stakeholders and to provide a more inclusive way for families to monitor the progress of their child, The Clock Tower Schools has developed a state of the art smart phone application portal designed to increase family engagement and transparency. The this app is available to parents or POs on to their smartphones. User groups for judges and siblings are coming soon!
Our Goal In Developing This App/Portal: Improve Family Engagement
This app portal allows us to maintain a higher level of family engagement as we strive to maintain a truly student-centric approach. This new communication tool provides us with the opportunity to directly engage parents by using the app to notify users of upcoming events and inviting stakeholders to participate in any number of events on our campus!
The functionality of this app makes the process of obtaining documents (such as handbooks and grievance forms) easier for the parent(s)/guardian(s). In the end, this ease of use, prevalence of important information and transparency will improve the school experience for all users.
